Fear Can Be Your Friend

Published by kellywallace at 4:13 pm under Goal-Setting, motivation Edit This

It’s true that fear can be your friend. How? Fear can give you the energy you need to finally get something done. Whether it’s fear of speaking in public, making the first move with someone you’ve had your eye on, taking a class, or switching jobs, by turning your negative feelings of fear into a positive energy source it will help to propel you forward. The key here, at least in my experience, is to keep your blinders on at all times. Stay focused straight ahead and don’t allow your mind to wander back into the fear trap. Allow the energy to move you forward and simply do what you must, need, or desire to do. Make fear your friend!
